The room we stayed in was good sized with a double bed. The hotel was in an excellent location, close to the riverwalk. It was also near plenty of food places, nearby restaurants, venues, and shopping in the area.

Everything was great the food/wine room service every thing was perfect.

The hotel is comfortable and perfect with extremely helpful employees with great customer service. Also, location was comfortable and perfect, not too far away from a large mall. Shopping centers and gift stores were right next door.

Great-sized and well-stocked room on the private executive level. The location is excellent by the River Walk. Close proximity to San Antonio, TX, the pool, restaurants, airport, malls.

Value for money; good WiFi connection; cleanliness

The pillows were not totally comfortable; I had some difficulties to park my car, when I arrived on May 29th late in the evening. I got one of the last (if not the last) parking spaces at the park building.

The fitness center was open 24 hours, the hotel is close to the airport, and they had rooms for customers who smoke.

Fresh and spacious room, and the bathroom was pretty clean. The breakfast had a good variety and was worth the price; the staff really put in the effort. 🌟

My bathtub was dirty from our first night to the last night...it was never cleaned. I had reserved our room a month in advance and they tried to tell me they had no more rooms with a king sized bed. It wasn't until I refused other rooms that they conveniently found a room with a king size bed.

The staff at this hotel are really helpful and attentive, providing great customer service. The check-in process was easy and parking was conveniently close to the hotel. The breakfast offered outstanding and excellent food.

No Access to luggage carts. We were told that there was only one luggage cart this meant we have to go up and down the elevator three times to unload our vehicle. This could be a factor in choosing a hotel on our next visit to San Antonio Texas

I loved the cleanliness of the room and the privacy.
